W3HNK no longer processing Bureau Cards”W3KX, Jack J. Ference, ARRL Third Call Area Incoming QSL Manager,
reports that longtime QSL Manager W3HNK is no longer accepting or
processing QSL requests received via the Bureau. This information
was provided by Joe Arcure, Jr’s significant other in December of
2024.
Over 80 pounds of backlogged QSLs were forwarded to him in
2023. Bureau requests received in 2024 for stations with Stateside
points of contact have had their QSL forwarded to them, courtesy of
the QSL Bureau. Jack is requesting that DX stations listing “QSL
via W3HNK” on their QRZ.com page to remove it and begin looking for
another QSL manager.
DX stations who are interested in receiving
their QSLs which have not been forwarded to W3HNK should contact
[email protected] to make arrangements to receive them or provide
permission to discard them.

Sad News, Joe is one of the most respected QSL Managers in the World. Inevitably, age catches up with us all at some point. Good Luck to Joe in his retirement.
