Charles, tnx for the acknowledgement email. I am a prefix hunter, and GR2HQ is first in the GR series I have worked. Will be happy when the cards are out, but having been involved with QSL team of 3Y0PI and others (helping AA6BB/7) I know the vastness of the endeavor. Many thanks on behalf of the amatuer world for your help by being a manager! God bless and take care,

Absolutely super service again from both yourself and Gennady, UX5UO. A new batch of G3RFX QSL cards ordered on Friday, 16 July - they then arrived in the post yesterday, 29 July, after only 13 days. Excellent quality print too. Many thanks to you both!

thank you very much for your very efficient QSL service. But it is not only your QSL request system, which is excellent, it's also you as a service oriented person with such a strong ham spirit.
I'm always astonished, how fast your answers turned up in my mail-system, even individual answers on individual questions.

Hi Charles,
I really appreciate the notification that you received the QSL card and that I will get the card once they have been printed. So many times we all have to wonder if the individual really got the card as we think. This confirms it and thank you very much for the information. I don't use any of the bureau's so I am limited to those stations that will accept them direct. All the best to you and all the best DX.

Hello, Charles:
Noting that a DX QSO takes 5-10 seconds, I recognize it takes 10-20 times that much to prepare a QSL and send a card. Therefore I am grateful to all those who give their time and energy to the QSL process.

Hi Charles,
Just to backup what I said in my email. My QSL cards arrived last Tuesday -
4 weeks start to finish. Excellent quality, and superb price, with the satisfaction
of working through a local agent, and using PayPal - no International Money
orders or bank transfers. I can thoroughly recommend Gennady's QSL Card
printing service to anyone.

It is my great surprise for me to have such a courteous answer from
a QSL manager you gave me just after I have sent a request.
Thank you very much for your kind solicitude you extened to me, which
I have never expected from common QSL manager, and I love the new
style of QSL handling you practice.
I was satisfied and relieved with your QSL promise and I would be free
from anxiety whether my QSL will arrive at the manager or not, or when
I receive the card.
VP8DMN is my first station on CW while I worked any Falkland Is. on
SSB and I am happy to work him.
Again thank you very much for the e-mail and best wishes to VP8DMN!
